About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our core engineering team in Gurugram. You will step into a running engine to accelerate feature delivery and harden our architecture.

This is an AI-first role. We are not looking for someone who writes every line of code by hand. We need a senior engineer who leverages modern AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini) excessively to multiply their output. You will focus on high-level architecture, complex logic, and code reviews, while letting AI handle the boilerplate.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Accelerate Delivery: Use Cursor, Cloud Code, or Copilot as your primary workflow to prototype, build, and ship features at 10x velocity.
• Full Stack Architecture: Design and maintain scalable backend services using Python (Django/FastAPI) or Golang, connected to responsive React frontends.
• Database Management: Architect and optimize our data layer, specifically managing MySQL for relational data and MongoDB for unstructured logs/events.
• Production Readiness: Own the "last mile" of development—ensuring code is robust, tested, and successfully deployed via our CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentorship & Code Quality: As a senior member, you will set the standard for code quality and help mentor junior team members on AI-augmented workflows.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Experience: Minimum 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• AI Tool Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using AI-integrated IDEs (Cursor/Cloud Code) to speed up the SDLC. You treat AI as a pair programmer.
• Backend Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python OR Golang.
• Frontend Expertise: Deep knowledge of React.js, state management, and modern UI/UX principles.
• Database Mastery: Extensive experience with MySQL (complex queries, optimization) and MongoDB (schema design).
• In-Office Collaboration: Willingness to work from our Gurugram office to collaborate directly with the team.

Nice to Haves (Major Plus)

• Cloud & DevOps: Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
• Experience refactoring legacy codebases using AI agents.
• Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment.
